Prevent a Yeast Infection
In order to prevent a yeast infection, it must first be understood what causes a yeast infection in the first place. Candida yeasts, commonly found in healthy persons, can, for various reasons, rapidly grown in size causing an infection. Candida yeasts flourish in warm and moist environments. As such, yeast infections are commonly found in the genital (vaginal and penile) and oral regions of the body, as well as in skin folds. The best ways to treat yeast infections is to prevent them from happening in the first place.
